Chunky Guacamole

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 teaspoon salt (I like to use kosher salt but anything goes)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (add more if you’re like me and love the taste of cilantro)
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced (any tomato will work)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Combine, mash and enjoy!

***If there are any leftover, add a little lemon or lime juice and mix.  This will help the avocado from going brown.
